최근에 스마트폰 기반의 다양한 증강현실 서비스들이 제공되고 있다. 이러한 증강현실 서비스들은 통합적으로 서비스하기 힘들고 컨텐츠를 제공하기 위해서 높은 비용을 들여 새로운 컨텐츠를 생산하기도 한다. 스마트폰 기반 모바일 AR 응용프로그램에서 공간정보와 동적인 센서 정보는 사용자를 위한 매우 중요한 콘텐츠로 이슈가 집중되고 있다. 그러나 거의 모든 AR응용프로그램들은 각각의 인터페이스를 통하여 공간정보 컨텐츠를 제공하고 있다. OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium)에서는 공간정보와 센서정보에 대한 국제 표준을 WFS(Web Feature Service)와 SOS(Sensor Observation Service)로 정의하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 GeoAR 시스템은 OGC의 WFS와 SOS 표준에 적합한 공간정보와 센서정보를 적용할 수 있다. 때문에 동적으로 레이어를 구성하여 국제 표준에 적합한 서버의 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 GeoAR 시스템은 이러한 웹 피처 서비스와 GeoSensor 서비스를 통합적으로 관리하고 질의할 수 있는 증강현실 서비스를 제공한다.
Recently smartphone-based augmented reality (AR) applications have been being provided. These AR applications are hard to be produced in an integrative way, and sometimes made with a high cost. The spatial information and the dynamic sensor information attract a particular attention because they are very important contents for the smartphone-based mobile AR applications. However almost all AR applications give the spatial information contents through their respective interfaces. OGC defines WFS and SOS as an international standard for the spatial information and the sensor information. The spatial information and the sensor information compatible with the standard can be applied to GeoAR system we propose in this paper. So GeoAR system can configure layer dynamically and get services from servers compatible with the standard. GeoAR system gives an AR service able to manage and ask WFS and GeoSensor service in an integrative way.
