This research attempts to investigate the way of establishing a systematic and consistent review results by utilizing DB system of broadcasting content, which has been operated by Korea Communications Standards Commission. The current problems of DB system was analyzed and compared with review system of other contents regulating organizations to seek better alternatives. The results show that related information are recorded in review DB of other organizations in detail, so that committee members can utilize DB system in making consistent and objective judgment. In addition, other contents regulating organizations open the review results to the public and enhance the accessibility, so that people can make use of the DB. It is necessary to improve review DB in a systematic and efficient way for broadcasters and contents productions to accept and consent the review results.
