The physical education curriculum of the visual impairment special school has been
changed by the social needs and the general school curriculum amendment that was
focused on the history of the curriculum transition. This study examined the
transition in the part of the goals, the contents, the instructional note ect of it
including the physical education curriculum of the visual impairment special school
and compared a point of the similarity and the difference to the general school
physical education curriculum. The results of this study were as follows. Frist, the
goals of the visual impairment physical education had the same context with ones of
the general school, and they were amended that they gave the students with visual
impairment to the necessary goals additionally. So it was stated that both were
written the equal statement slowly. Second, the instruct contents of the visual
impairment physical education applied with these of the general school physical
education and suggested the sports activity considered their impairment character
additionally. Third, the instructional note of the visual impairment physical education
was stated additionally the instruct methods and the note considered their character.
Fourth, the evaluation of the visual impairment physical education also suggested the
alternative evaluation methods considered their impairment character. Only, the select
curriculum for the highschool students had not been stated that there were the
contents considered for the students with visual impairment. So it will need the
supplement for this curriculum.
