The purposes of this study is to find out how the seniors’ storytelling activity to juniors
in elementary school affects the book reading tendencies and attitudes of seniors and to
know the educational changes of juniors. Therefore, comparative analysis of the book reading
tendency and attitude before and after carrying out this storytelling activity among the
5th and 6th graders of the book club in elementary school has been conducted. The result
of the study showed that this storytelling activity has influential effect on the book reading
tendency and attitude of seniors and juniors. And it will be helpful to improve their attitude
in school and in class.
