This study suggests the configuration of the integrated education measures for reading and writing in
accordance with the Korean language for the hearing impaired students of reading and writing. It is aimed
at making a integrating unit organization plan for reading and writing on the spot. In the education of
Korean language for the hearing impaired students, there are not much studies of the integrating language
education and it was difficult to find the ahead of the study for the integrated teaching and measures.
Therefore, making use of these basic properties with the language, teaching and learning should be made
at same time without separating use of language. Furthermore, it seeks to integrate a situation context
with a language learning and even an informal situation of home and society will become the basis for
communication of interacting confidently with others in society. Also I look after the problem of
hearing-impaired in the use of the Korean language education procedure in reading and writing. As
described above, integrated language training is the thinking method and the view of education tied for
learners and teachers perspectives and the language, not just learning theory perspective by the opinion of
any individual that can easily be qualified. They are complemented each other in that the material needed
for reading is just a product of writing, and in that the information and material for writing are obtained
through reading. Also the cognitive strategies used by reader and writer have a close relation with reading
and writing processing. Therefore they have a connection between action and reaction. In teaching of
reading and writing, they should be performed so that hearing-impaired students can play roles of reader
and writer at same time.
