본 연구는 ‘통섭’의 관점에서 창의·인성리더십의 개념을 고찰하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 위해 우선, 창의·인성리더십의 개념과 관련된 창의적 리더십, 인성적 리더십 그리고 그 유사개념에 대한 선행연구를 살펴보고 난 후, 창의성과 인성 그리고 리더십의 관계를 각 구성 요소적인 측면에서 파악하여 어떠한 관계인지를 논의하였으며, 또한 창의·인성 리더십의 개념 에 대해서 고찰하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 창의·인성 리더십의 개념을 고찰하기에 앞서 살펴본 창의·인성리더십의 관련개념인 창의적 리더십은 자신, 타인, 조직구성원이 창의적 으로 문제해결을 할 수 있도록 영향을 발휘하는 리더십이며, 인성적 리더십은 도덕적 품성 즉 덕을 갖추고 공동의 목표를 달성하며 개인, 조직, 사회를 변화시키는 능력임을 알 수 있다. 그 다음으로 구성요인적인 측면에서 살펴본 창의성과 인성 그리고 리더십의 관계에서 첫째, 창 의성의 바탕으로 인성이 기틀이 되어야 한다는 입장으로 창의성 발현을 위해서 인성이 필요하 다는 관점이다. 둘째는 인성의 구성요소에 창의성과 리더십이 포함되는 경우로서 인성을 전체 적, 포괄적인 의미로 해석하는 인성교육 방향에서의 관점이다. 셋째는 창의성 인성, 리더십이 서로 상호보완적 관계로 절충되어지는 관계이다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 살펴본 ‘통섭’의 관점 에서 창의·인성 리더십의 개념은 창의성, 인성 그리고 리더십이 서로 조화롭게 통합되어진 리 더십이다. 즉 미래를 주도해 나갈 글로벌 리더의 역량으로 창의성과 인성을 두루 겸비하여 새 로운 변화를 창출하는 리더십으로 정의되어질 수 있으며, 이는 곧 미래사회가 요구하는 핵심역 량이라고 할 수 있을 것이다.
The point of this article is that creativity, character and leadership are necessary for global leader, which is one of the most important competences in the future society. This study has tried to theorize tasks of conceptualization of creativity-character leadership. Based on prior research, there is to be investigated conceptualization of creativity- leadership and characterleadership related to creativity, character and leadership. In addition, the relation of creativity, character and leadership on the creativity elements perspectives is to be examined as three perspectives of it: the first perspective, character based on the creativity considers the significance of the creativity. The second perspective, the comprehensive character focuses on containing creativity and leadership. The third and last perspective, creativity, character and leadership focuses on interactive integrated relationship. In the light of consilience, theorizing tasks of conceptualization creativity-character leadership is to be treated. As a result of argument in this study it concludes that the relationship between creativity, character and leaderships is interactive integrated relationship. In this study, the concept of the creativity-character leadership refers to competence, having that creativity, character and leadership simultaneously, having influence to change society or world. In other words, That is the competence required in the future society.
