Beer fermentation broth is the waste of beer production in the beer factory. Beer fermentation broth already contains about 5 % of ethanol in it, and there is enough glucose and yeast for the fermentation. This study shows bio-ethanol production technology from the beer fermentation broth without adding new material, and established the lab-scale plant for the bio-ethanol production.
