This article tried to point out that people with intellectual disabilities for the implementation
of successful integrated life in society educational assistance to autonomous living environment
urgently needed. For these porpose was introduced ambulant assisted living form and beyond
the special educational importance and significant indications for the orientation for future living
development in Korea for people with intellectual disabilities was exposed from this living form.
When summarizing the educational importance by ambulant assisted living as a positive
educational success, first, by ambulant assisted living form in Germany, it is possible to expand
physical integration and social interaction and it can have negative insight from other people without
disabilities through social integration of people with intellectual disabilities can be improved. Second,
people with intellectual disabilities are able to recover the control of independent life through
enhanced self-determination in that living space can be formed in accordance with the individual
characteristics of their own and can expect to strengthen the role of individual competencies.
Domestic pointed to the implications for improving the living environment of people with
disabilities. First, Autonomous living environment of people with intellectual disabilities in adulthood
needs social Consensus as a part of the educational process for successful inclusive education and
self-realization through educational identity attachment on living environment of people with
intellectual disabilities. Second, in order to improve the living environment of people with intellectual
disabilities organized in the form of ambulant living form services for the switching material as
part of an on going education process and it requires a wide range of modular accordingly.
