All the while, the government of Korea is doing all sorts of things to enhance the Development of
teacher profession. This paper analyzed current status and problem, performance analysis of the Teacher
Research Sabbatical for the Teachers’Special Training in Korea. Especially, the results of teacher appraisal
for professional development has to engage teacher training program that practically helpful for improving
Teachers’profession which should be more diversified and utilized. The results of teacher appraisal for
professional development discuss ways to vitalize teachers’ Customized Intensive Training and development
in teaching profession with this as a momentum. Also, the Teacher Research Sabbatical qua the results of
teacher appraisal for professional development sectionalized long term and intermediate-term & short-term
for teachers’Customized Intensive Training and development in teaching profession. The ministry of korea
will provide the high-results of teacher appraisal for professional development with research opportunities
to advance their teaching profession. Operational output of the Teacher Research Sabbatical earned positive
reviews development in teaching profession, school improvement, spontaneous self-development and
motivation of learning, respect of good teacher, self esteem of teacher, etc. In its final analysis, to vitalize
the Teacher Research Sabbatical is needed continuous specialization, teacher training autonomy support,
diversification.
