최근 교원의 교육권 침해에 대해 우려하고 있다. 교원은 교육활동에 학부모와 학생의 참여 증가로 인해 전통적인 공급자 위 주 교육에서 벗어나 수요자 중심의 교육으로 전환을 요구받고 있다. 특히 교원의 권리가 실종되면서 수업상황에서의 학부모의 목소리가 증가하게 되었다. 교육에 관한 학생과 학부모의 다양한 권리가 확대되면서 여러 가지 교육적 문제들이 발생하게 되 었다. 교원의 교육권 침해에 대한 이해당사자들간의 법과 제도적 차원의 중재와 해결책을 모색하게 되었다. 교사는 학생과 학 부의 의견을 적극적으로 수용해야 할 책무가 증가하게 되었다. 한편으로 학생과 학부모는 교원의 전문성에 기초한 교육권을 존중하고 신뢰해야 한다. 결론적으로, 정부는 교원의 교육권이 개선될 수 있도록 전문적 권리를 보장하는 법적, 제도적, 행정적 시스템을 강화해야 하며, 현장 교원의 교육권 관련 요구사항을 적절하게 반영할 필요가 있다.
Recently, the teachers were concerned about that their rights were being infringed. The teacher have requested an customer centered education escaped from traditional thoughts of education and teaching condition have encountered unforeseen difficulties because of participation of parents and students. Especially there are no real the right of teacher in school and classroom and their parents' voices are being raised. There have caused a variety of problems for students' right to education, teachers' right to education, parents' duties and rights to education, etc. The reason why schools became the law and regulations that arbitrate and solve problem do not exist when there rights are in conflict with each other. It was to intepret the rights owned by such persons concerned with education as teachers, parents and students and ensure limits of the right on stakeholders. To conclude, teachers should accept aggressively opinions on education from students and parents. Also students and parents should respect and trust teacher's professionalism. Government should guarantee teachers' status as expert and develop teachers' abilities gradually. In order to develop teachers' right to education, government and stakeholders need ensuring a variety person concerned with education are raising there voice for legal, administrative system and education related laws.
