2010 school year school consulting begins to make a help for school community which want to resolve the problems in school administering and educational problems. Consultants study about the questionnaire of school culture, school curriculum plan, school evaluation report by the school itself, school evaluation report by regional school district of education government, questionnaire in school evaluation report, school home-page, school infomation opened by on-line and so on. And then consulting was done by professors, school master, officer of education government, researcher. As we find some results through this case study, school consulting may help to find the solution of educational problems that school masters and teachers confront at schools. This case study show us that many school get a solution for raising the school teachers participation to make a school curriculum plan, making a special school project according to regional and educational environments, raising the ability of behind students in learning.
