The concept of ‘Transcendental realm’ resides in the core of Endogenous Theory of Education.
However it has never been throughly discussed before. Therefore this study reflected on the
concept of ‘Transcendental realm’ based on the case of natural science. After reviewing the
descriptions of the concept of ‘Transcendental realm’ in the Endogenous Theory of Education and
comparing them with the cases of science, a new ground of the relationship between the world of
education and transcendental realm could be established. Also, the study of science education as a
new theory can have an alternative perspective, recovering from the conceptional limits of traditional
perspective.
