Solvent extraction behaviors of metals from the leaching solution of super alloys which are
increased to the industry of automobiles and the others were investigated to the recovery of
metal ions. The effects on the concentration of extractants, pH of aqueous phase, concentration
of HCl in aqueous phase and impurities were performed. Alamine304-1 as anion extractant,
Cyanex272 and D2EHPA as cation extractants were used solvent extractants by distilled
kerosene. After solvent extraction experiments from mixed solution of Al, Re, Co and V was
resulted that Re was extracted to 99% but the other metals were not extracted. And the results
of extraction percentage from mixed solution as Mo, W, Cr and Re were 99% of Re, 89.3% of
Mo , 68.2% of W and 90.9% of Cr. The extraction percentage of Re at the range of 0-2 pH
were about 99 but the percentage was shown 0% in the case of pH 4. by Alamine304-1 as
cation extractant was higher than the other extractants as Cyanex272 and D2EHPA and the
percentage is about 99%.
