이 연구는 초등학교 4학년 수학 영재 학생들에게 ‘이제까지 배운 수학의 내용이나 문제를 생 각하고 일상생활과 관련되는 수학 문제를 자유롭게 많이 만들어 봅시다.’를 과제로 하여, 수학 문제 만들기를 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석한 것이다. 연구의 의도는 4학년 수학 영재 학생들은 일상생활과 관련지어 수학 문제를 만드는 것이 가능 한지, 어떠한 일상생활과 연결하여 수학 문제를 창출해 내는지를 알아보기 위함이었다. 일상생활의 상황을 수학과 연결하고 다양한 수학문제를 만들 수 있는 수학화의 능력과 그 역인 수학의 생활화로 유도할 수 있으므로, 다양하고 확산적 사고활동이 동시에 이루어져, 창조성을 육성할 수 있다고 생각하기 때문이다. 이 조사 연구를 통해, 4학년 수학 영재 학생들은 일상생활의 상황과 연계하여 수학 문제를 만 들 수 있음을 확인하였고, 많은 완전한 수학 문제를 창출하였다고 생각된다.
In this study, I set the project ‘Let's freely make lots of mathematical problems associated and related to daily lives, thinking about contents and problems of mathematics that the mathematically gifted 4th grade students in elementary school have learned till now.’ And I analyzed the problems posed by those students . I wanted to find out that the mathematically gifted 4th grade students in elementary school could pose mathematical problems connected with their daily lives and could create math. problems associated with their daily lives. I think, the rearing of abilities that connect and associate daily lives to mathematical problem posing goes to the rearing of divergent thinking, and those abilities bring up the creativities. Through this research, I identified that 4th grade math. brains could make mathematical problems as they associated with their daily lives. And I thought they created many complete mathematical problems.
