This study empirically analyzes the influence of the emotional leadership more specifically by
investigating the influence of the emotional leadership's elements that mediates intrinsic motivation on
job engagement. The result of study shows intrinsic motivation mediates engagement and social
awareness and relationship management among the elements of the emotional leadership. Self-awareness
and self-management among the elements of the emotional leadership directly impact on the physical
engagement and intrinsic engagement which is the elements of job engagement. The study like this
helps to understand the role of emotional leadership in specific area by the element of the emotional
leadership's exciting intrinsic motivation of an organizing member to heighten job engagement or on
which directly impacting. especially, among the elements of the emotional leadership, social awareness
and relationship management that mediating intrinsic motivation was found to be important intrinsic
motivation from intrinsic motivation which affect job engagement, Furthermore variable related to
performance of company.
