본 연구의 목적은 유보일원화정책을 시행하고 있는 인접한 국가로서 일본의 유보연계형인정어 린이원교육·보육요령(이하 교육·보육요령)에 대해서 목표와 내용을 중심으로 탐구하고 우리나 라 유아교육과 보육의 향후 발전방안을 모색하는데에 있다. 연구내용은 교육·보육요령의 성립, 목표와 구성내용에 대한 탐구, 교육·보육요령의 5가지 내용영역, 우리나라 누리과정에의 시사점 이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 일본의 교육·보육요령은 유치원교육요령, 보육소 보육지침과의 정합성, 초등학교 교육과의 원활한 연계, 0세부터 초등학교 취학 전까지의 일관된 교육 및 보육 을 원아의 발달의 연속성을 고려한 것이다(内閣府, 文部科学省, 厚生労働省, 2015). 교육·보육요 령의 목표는 가정과의 연계를 도모해나가면서 원에서의 교육과 보육의 기본에 근거하여 원생 활을 통하여 살아가는 힘의 기초를 육성하도록 원의 교육 및 보육의 목표달성에 노력한다. 유 보연계형 인정어린이원 교육·보육요령의 내용은 건강, 인간관계, 환경, 언어, 표현의 다섯가지 영역이다. 일본은 목표와 내용에서 유아의 자립심, 살아가는 힘, 심정, 의욕, 태도라는 단어를 사용했다. 이외에도 본 연구결과에 의거 시사점이 제시되었다.
This study is to investigate Japan’s integrated ninntei kodomoenn earlychildhood education and daycare curriculum. These were developed integrating family and foster their children extremly well growth. Japan’s ninntei kodomoenn earlychildhood education and daycare curriculums are endeavor to origin self power for their children’s live and constantly achieving their care needs. The content was: basic opinion about appropriation of Japan’s ninntei kodomo enn earlychildhood education and daycare curricirum, purpose of education and care points, and 5contents. and implication to korea’s earlychildhood education and care. Trait of Japan’s earlychildhood and daycare education points were: compatibility between daycare and earlychildhood curricurum, well connection with elementary school, and consistency educare system from 0year’s to earlychildhood age for children continuous development.
