연구목적: 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 협상교육의 갈등해결효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방 법: 갈등해결교육은 반두라의 사회학습이론에서 밝힌 인간 모델링을 통한 갈등해결과 관련된 교육적 경험 이 내재화될 수 있으며, 협상은 협동학습의 구조로 이루어져 경쟁보다는 협력이 필수적으로 요구되는 활동 이다. 갈등해결과 관련된 지식, 기능, 가치·태도 목표에 의해 구성된 협상교육은 이론교육과 실제적인 모의 협상이 조화를 이루어야 교육의 효과를 향상시킬 수 있어 본 프로그램은 협상이론수업과 다중의제협상게임 의 모의협상안으로 구성된 협상교육을 실시하여 교육과정 중간과 교육과정 종료 후에 학생들과의 심층면접 을 통해 학생들이 보인 반응을 교육목표에 준하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 교육 후에 학생들과의 면접에서 보인 반응을 분석해 보면, 협상에 대한 이론적 지식과 건설적인 갈등해결 기술의 습득 등의 지식적 효과와 협상의 상호의존적인 특성은 상대방과의 좋은 관계유지가 필수적이며 이를 위해 협력적 분위기 조성과 개 방적인 대화가 필요하다는 기능적 효과, 그리고 협력적 갈등해결 전략의 사용은 갈등과 경쟁의 사회에서 배려와 공정의 사회로 변화시킬 수 있다는 친사회적 가치·태도 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 결론: 협상교육 은 생산적 갈등해결기술의 습득과 협력적 갈등해결태도에 유효한 교육방법이라고 할 수 있다.
The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of negotiation education on the conflict resolution of college students. Method: Negotiation education, which is composed of knowledge, function, value/attitude goals related to conflict resolution should be harmonized with theoretical lesson and practical simulation negotiation. I analyzed the responses of the students through in-depth interviews with students during the course of the training and at the end of the training. Results: The results of analyzing student’s responses are as follows. It was identified that a knowledge effect such as theoretical knowledge of negotiation and constructive conflict resolution technique. In interdependent negotiations, it is important to maintain good relations with the other party. It was identified that a functional effect that a cooperative atmosphere and open dialogue are needed. It can be ecognized that the use of cooperative conflict resolution strategies has a prosocial value and attitude effect that can change from conflict and competition society to consideration and fair society. Conclusion: negotiation education is an effective education for acquiring constructive conflict resolution techniques and attitude of resolving cooperative conflicts.
