본 연구는 에코붐세대를 대상으로 노인 이미지와 친밀감이 부양의식에 직ㆍ간접 효과를 검 증하고 이들의 관계에서 친밀감의 매개효과를 검증하여, 이를 바탕으로 에코붐세대의 부양의 식에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 충남지역을 대상으로 에코 붐세대 265명을 대상으로 인구사회학적 변인과 부양의식, 친밀감, 노인 이미지 척도로 구성된 설문지를 실시하였으며, 자료분석에는 SPSS v.22와 AMOS v.21을 사용하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 인구학적 특성에 따른 부양의식 차이에는 경제적 부양의식에서 혼인상태와 월평균 소득에서, 정서적 부양의식과 신체적 부양의식은 성장지역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 구조방정 식 모형을 이용하여 노인이미지와 친밀감이 부양의식에 영향을 미치는지 알아본 결과, 친밀감 이 노인이미지와 부양의식 간에 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 에코붐 세대의 부양의식 수준을 파악할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고 부양의식에 영향을 미치는 요 인들에 대한 분석은 노인부양 지원정책을 마련하는 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to compare the caregiving consciousness in echo-boom generation, and to examine the effects of the image of the elderly and intimacy on their caregiving consciousness. In order to do this, a survey was conducted for 265 eco-boom generation(aged 23-36) living in Seoul, Gygong-gi, and Chung-nam, and the data were analyzed with SPSS V.22 and AMOS v.21. The results of this study are as follows; First, economic caregiving consciousness is significantly different by a marital status and average monthly income and psychological and physical caregiving consciousness are significantly different by grown-up area. Second, the effects of the image of elderly and intimacy on the caregiving consciousness are examined by using the structure equation modeling analysis. The intimacy partially mediates between the image of the elderly and caregiving consciousness for echo-boom generation. The echo-boom generation provide us basic data to understand the level of future caregiver’s caregiving consciousness, and the analysis of the factors affecting the caregiving consciousness can be based on establishing the caregiving support policy
