Dukpojin Museum of Education is a unique private museum not only at the importance of collections but also two directors who devoted theirs life to education can directly communicate with visitors. But there is no big change in this exhibit composition over the last eight years result in a consistently drop in visitor numbers Therefore, the exhibition and education programs are needed to change and also Detailed measures for the conservation of artifacts as well as convenience of visitors convenience are needed. So, I propose specific remodeling plan that the Whole exhibition space where of now comprises display space about 90% portion devide into three parts by different theme and functions to improve efficiency of visiting and enhance collections conservation. furthermore, examine other museum education program so that more efficient programs can adapt to Dukpojin Museum of Education to promote participation root of visitors and enlarger understanding of exhibition.
