본 연구는 간호사를 대상으로 프리셉터 역할 경험에 따른 근거기반실무(Evidence-Based Practice: EBP) 촉진요인에 대한 인식의 차이를 파악하고자 시도하였다. P시 3개 상급종합병원과 3개 종합병원 에 근무하는 간호사 154명을 대상으로 근거기반실무를 수행하는데 필수적이라고 인식하는 요인을 확 인한 결과, EBP의 가치에 대한 신념, EBP 발전을 위한 조직의 지원, 논문검색 및 평가기술, 연구관련 전문용어와 통계에 대한 지식, EBP를 위한 시간보장과 시간할애의 의지 순으로 나타났다. 대상자의 72.7%가 프리셉터 역할을 수행한 경험이 있다고 응답하였으며, 프리셉터 역할 경험에 따른 근거기반 실무 촉진요인에 대한 인식은 모든 하위요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
In this paper, the purpose was to examine the perceptions regarding evidence-based practice facilitators according to the role experience of preceptor in nurses. Data were collected from 154 nurses at three tertiary hospitals and three general hospitals. The respondents had positive perceptions of belief in the value of EBP and organizational supports for EBP, whereas they had negative perceptions of skills in locating and evaluating research reports, knowledge of research terms and statistics, and time to devote to EBP. Of the subjects, 112 nurses had experienced the preceptorship. There were no significant differences in perceptions of EBP facilitators according to the preceptorship.
