In this study, we investigate the effect on teacher efficacy in accordance with job satisfaction of the
kindergarten teachers. The data were collected through a survey aimed at 168 kindergarten teachers located
in O gu, Ulsan city from November 14, to December 31, 2014. Analysis methodologies using the program
SPSSWIN 21.0 and Amos 21.0 were carried out. empirical analysis is verified at the significance level of
5% by t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural
equation. Results are as follows. First, the relationship between job satisfaction and teacher efficacy can be

seen that there is correlation. Second, the relationship between job stress and teacher efficacy hat there is a
no correlation with each other. The results of this study are considered to be the basic data needed to find
the direction to raise the teacher efficacy to reduce job stress and job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers.
