Recently, Northeast Asia occur earthquake to an increasing number of situations in which the frequency
of occurrence of earthquake is getting too serious. In order to improve the current knowledge about the
seismic performance of link beam under earthquake a carry out investigations around world[1]. However
construction of RC link beams that satisfy the strength and detailing requirements set forth in ACI 318-05
and ACI 318-08 for diagonally reinforced link beams[2]. In this paper, aspects of reinforced concrete
coupling beams through the destruction of one kinds of bridge reinforcement stirrup reinforcement details in
order to solve the problems to be replaced by steel fiber reinforced concrete link beams structure
experiments and in order to solve the problems according to the field application of the verification system
by comparison with the structure.
