This study is to compare and weigh the development as well as characteristics on the credit guaranty
system being implemented by Northeastern countries at the time when economic status elevates and
economic bloc accelerates, through which this aims to look for suggestions for it and its development
which can be not just coexistent but economically beneficial. The implications of this study are followings;
first of all, each of Northeastern country has to contribute to develop Northeastern countries' credit guaranty
systems by sharing its domestic features on this system. Japan and Taiwan also help China and Mongol
develop their own systems by providing their distinctive credit guaranty systems. This should not be the
simple policy consultation, but be the turningpoint for those countries to grow mutually with their own
systems developed in an effort to cooperate financially. Secondly, it's necessary to introduce the reguarantee
system and its settlement in Northeastern Asia credit guaranty systems, which are being implemented only
in some parts of China ,there being no system in Mongol. The reguarantee system, able to minimize the
loss of guaranty institutes and sustain its financial stability, is being implemented by KOREG and JFG,
which needs to be introduced to both China and Mongol for their countries' financial soundness. Lastly, it
needs cooperation and its development of the credit guaranty system through participation in ACSIC,
organization for the mutual cooperation among Asian countries operating any credit insurance system. As is
the main purpose of cooperating and developing among Asian countries, any credit guaranty institute in
China and Mongol needs to obtain the information considering the credit guaranty system and to cooperate
mutually.
