We analyzed current right people for major national companies in accordance with high demand of new
knowledge, skills and higher value-added business. In results, we found most businesses require challenge
spirit, professionalism, integrity, creativity on the contrary major companies required integrity and
responsibility in the 1980~90s. In particular, the top six properties of the 30 conglomerates’s right person is
challenge, professionalism, integrity, creativity, cooperation, and enthusiasm, etc. This reality raise crisis
awareness of the cramming education for enhancing of academic intelligence. As much as right person is
changed, education system should have the flexibility to develop non-academic intelligence, that is to say
emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and practical intelligence. By connecting the properties of the
convergence human resource and the index of excellent human resources, contribute to the development of
policy and improvement of a system.
