This study attempts to assist the work done by journalists of the news agency identified the relationship
between the target and the national news agency reporter job stress on physical symptoms and coping
impact. The subjects including news agency Y has a news agency reporter 75 people working in three
companies survey from December 1, 2014 was conducted in March 2015, four months and 31 days.
Factors through the data program SPSS Win 18.0 analysis, T-test, hypothesis testing, was performed as
frequency analysis, and verified by significant levels of 5%. Results First, the job stress of news agency
reporters appeared to affect the physical symptoms. Second, job stress factors such as career management of
news agency reporters appeared to affect coping strategies. The implications of this study are expected to
be used as a basis for health promotion by effectively deal with the physical symptoms caused by job
stress reporters.
