본 연구의 목적은 장애아동 부모의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 여가활동 만족도 및 자아존중감을 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 충청북도 00시의 장애아동 부모 257명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였 다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였으며, 기술통계와 신뢰도 분석 을 실시하였고, 장애아동 부모의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 여가활동 참여 정도와 여가활동 만족도, 자아존중감의 차이 검증을 위한 분석은 t-test 분석과 일원변량 분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 장애아동 부모의 여가활동 참여 정도는 종교, 건강상태 및 월 가구 소득에 따라 차이 가 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 장애아동 부모의 여가활동 만족도는 연령, 종교 그리고 건강상태에 따 라 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 장애아동 부모의 자아존중감은 종교에 따라 유의미한 차이 가 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 장애아동 부모의 여가활동 개선프로그램에 관한 기초자료가 될 것 으로 사료된다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of leisure activity satisfaction and self-worth of parents of disabled children depending on their sociodemographic characteristics. For this study, a survey was conducted on 257 parents of disabled children in ○○ city of Chungcheongbuk-do. Using the SPSS program, the reliability analysis and descriptive statistics were performed at the significance level of 5%, Level of participation in leisure activities, satisfaction level of leisure activities, and the difference in the self-respect of parents of children with disabilities, in accordance with their demographic characteristics, were analyzed by using the t-test and one-way ANOVA test. The research results showed that, first, the level of participation in leisure activity of parents with disabled children revealed a significant difference according to religion, health, and monthly household income. Second, the level of satisfaction in leisure activity of parents with disabled children was influenced according to age, religion, and health. Third, the level of self-worth felt by the parents with disabled children revealed a significant difference according to religion. The implications of this study are expected to become basic data for a leisure activity development program for parents of disabled children.
