According to the recent changes in women's employment policy paradigm, the purpose of this study is
to explore the conditions for good place to work for women. To achieve this purpose, we develop
indicators for good place to work for women, as to four stages. First, we provide a draft indicators
through proceeding study analysis. Second, we suggest amendment indicators after expert Delphi-survey.
Third, we give the indicator scoring through the AHP analysis. And finally, we have simulation for index
verification.
From the results, the notable features of our indicators are (1) to consider the balance between
quantitative and qualitative index, (2) not to be excluded the medium and small-sized enterprises, (3) to
classify the common, sector, and addition index, and (4) to set up the minimum baseline for separate
index. Finally, we suggest that it needs to shift in the perceptions for good place to work for women and
to sophisticate the indicators from this results
