본 논문은 최근 e-learning의 발전과 더불어 관심이 집중되고 있는 b-learning의 도입배경 및 목적 과 교육적 효과를 살펴보고, 인터넷 학습의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있는 혼합형 학습(blended learning)을 통하여 기존 이러닝의 만족도를 향상시키는 모형을 구축하고자 한다. b-learning은 인터넷 학습의 단점인 학습자의 심리적 고립감을 축소하고 수업의 효율성을 높이기 위해 교실수업과 연계하 여 실시한다. 그리고 이를 통하여 전통적 수업의 장점과 온라인 수업의 장점을 접목시킨 최근의 b-learning 학습 환경과 설계모형을 통해 학습자의 만족도와 관련하여 활용방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 브랜디드 러닝(B-Learning)은 단지 온라인과 오프라인 학습 환경만을 결합하는 것이 아니라 학습목표, 학습방법, 학습시간과 공간, 학습 활동, 학습 매체, 상호작용 방식 등 다양한 학습요소들과 결합을 필 요로 한다. 그리고 최상의 학습효과를 도출해 내기 위한 e-Learning 설계 전략과 함께 더욱 그 개념 과 영역이 확장되고 발전하여야 할 것이다.
In this paper, we want to review the introduction of the background and purpose of the b-learning and educational effects of interest are concentrated along with the recent development of e-learning. Blended learning is currently recognized as a good solution for the problems posed by both online and face-to-face learning, because it has features like flexibility and accessibility by using tools supporting both individualization and socialization. B-learning connects and carries out with classroom class to reduce psychological sense of isolation of learner as a shortcoming of internet studying and improve efficiency of class. B-Learning is not just a learning environment that combines the online and offline learning objectives, learning methods, learning space and time, learning activities, learning media, such as interactive methods and requires a combination of various learning elements. And it should be further expanded and developed the concept and the areas with the e-Learning design strategies to derive the best learning effect.
