로봇 교육을 담당하는 로봇지도교사의 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 로봇지도교사에게 필요한 직무 관련 능력에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 직무분석의 방법 중 하나인 데이컴(DACUM) 기 법을 통해 실시된 초등 로봇지도교사 직무 분석 결과를 분석하여 로봇지도교사의 연수 프로그램을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 기존 연구를 통해 개발된 초등 로봇지도교사의 데 이컴 차트를 활용하여 역량 기반 초등 로봇지도교사 연수 프로그램 개발하는 방안을 제시하고자 한 다. 이를 위해 초등 로봇지도교사의 데이컴 차트의 과업(tasks)에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고 과업의 중요도와 교육 필요도 점수가 5.0 이상인 16개의 핵심 과업(key tasks)을 도출하였다. 추출된 16개의 핵심 과업을 기초로 하여 중요 과업을 수행하기 위해 필요한 지식(knowledge), 기능(skill) 및 도구 (tool)를 도출하였다. 또한 이를 기초로 하여 각 연수 프로그램의 모듈별 상세 안을 개발하기 위해서 각 과업을 수행하는데 필요한 ‘과정 개요’를 작성하였다. 세부 연수 프로그램은 도출된 ‘과정 개요’를 바탕으로 수요자의 요구에 맞게 내용을 구성하였다.
In order to strengthen the competency of the robotics teacher in charge of the robot education, it is essential understanding of the ability to be related to the duties required for the robotics teacher. In this study, by analyzing the results of the robotics teachers for elementary education job analysis conducted using DACUM method, it is an object to develop the training program of the robotics teacher. Thus the purpose of this study is to show way to develop a training program of the robotics teachers for elementary education by the DACUM method. A survey about the task of the robotics teachers for elementary education was also conducted and sixteen key tasks were derived. And also this study is meaningful because it presents robotics teachers’s key tasks, in order to suggest ways for developing a training program. Through analyzing the DACUM chart, this study shows a key tasks 5.0 or higher. In addition, to perform the extracted key tasks are verified through knowledge, skill and the tool. This training program can develop for elementary teachers by K-S-T element analysis to complete ‘course profile'
