This study has an in depth objective study to understand experienced male nurses’s experience of adaption in nursing practice and to discover the essence of their life from their viewponits. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 male nurses whom has for more than three years of experience in the nursing and to understanding of the meaning and value of this reserch. To analyze the data by hermeneutical narrative research method which is a qulitative research method. Subjects were challenged in nursing at the time of the release accentuate the feminine aspect of nursing, their were experiencing at the time of vague fear and expectation at the same time. Since challened in nursing no one nor prejudice and groups of women were experiencing frustration barriers. But during a career lasting were found themselves as a nurse, not a male nurse at a nursing professional satisfaction. This study has meanings of broad understanding of the male nurses and to help building up their professional development as a basis.
