The concept of a learning organization is becoming increasingly popular since in a Knowledge-based
economy. Learning organization gives organizations their competitive advantage and organizational
effectiveness. Learning organization is an organization that creates, spreads, and utilizes knowledge. The
purpose of the research is to empirically prove the influence of leader's transformational act in employee's
learning organization performance. Furthermore, research suggest that a seek to leader's transformational act
for learning organization performance. The sample was drawn from 310 employees of enterprise, located in
city of K. The prime method of collecting data was through a questionnaire and analyzed through
SPSS/PC+. The result shows that first, in the group with low learning organization activation level,
intellectual stimulation had the greatest influence on learning organization performance. Second, In the
group with middle learning organization activation level, inspirational motivation had the greatest influence
on learning organization performance. Third, in the group with high learning organization activation level,
idealized influence had the greatest influence on learning organization performance. These results suggest
that a leader’s transformational act should be adapted based on learning organization activation level.
