본 연구는 이학분야 전공 이후 산업계로 진출하는 인력의 직업능력 활성화 방안의 탐색을 목적으 로 한다. 최근, 4차산업혁명과 그 대비가 활발하게 논의됨에 따라 전문 연구개발인력에 대한 논의는 더욱 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나, 이학계열 전공자 중 다수를 차지하는 산업계 진출인력의 진로, 직업능력개발에 대한 인식은 여전히 부족하다. 인문 및 사회계열 전공자와 같이 이학계열 전공 후 산업계 진출인력에 대한 직업능력개발 역시 필요한 부분이나, 전공의 특성 상 전문 연구개발 인력 에 비해 그 논의가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구를 수행한다. 우선, 직업능력개발의 관점에서 이학계열 전공 근로자의 노동시장 진입 및 근로실태를 파악한다. 이후, 노 동시장 진입 및 근로실태 파악을 기반으로 이학계열 산업인력이 노동시장에 원활히 진출하고 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 노동시장 진입 이전, 노동시장 이행단계, 노동시장 진입 이후 재직단계로 나누어 그 방안을 제시하였다.

Recently, the 4th Industrial revolution and its countermeasure and R&D manpower problem is actively discussed. Although most people who majored science have entered the industry field, there is a lack of support for industrial entry.
