As China broadened its contacts with Korea, these ties changed enormous fields of Korea recently. The purpose of this study was to understand China which affects the future of the Korea broadly. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the characteristics of Chinese Elementary School Education Plans were analyzed by observation, interview, an외ysis of documents. this study is focused on one Elementary School in Y - city, Shandong Province. By the changes of Chinese Curricula, Chinese Curricula was divided into 5 periods of education innovation. The fifth period (2001-) which is the latest is called ’new education innovation of 21st century(New innovation period of 21st)' According to the studies, the new cuπiculum could not set up ’The basic curriculum system of the aptitude education’s reqwrement’ without two decisions which were ' About aptitude education’s decision that gamut drive for the enrichment education innovation by The China Central Cabinet Institute' in June 1999 and ’About the decision of basic education innovation and development by The Cabinet Institute’ in June 2001 All the Chinese curriculum which involves ’Subjects’, 'Union practical activity' and 'Process of the local and school formation’ applies for 9 years. It is very political that Chinese Education Plans which is based on 'the Educational theories of Deng Xiaoping, 「The three important poJjcies of the Jiang Zemin, strategic partnership for both, a reform of the educational system of ’Period in Ten- one - five'」 Chinese Schools have two semesters a year. The first semester begins in September and the second one ends in next August. The number of school days is 200. Schools have 5 days school week system. School attendance time is until 07:30 and whole grade finish at 16:30 by all day school system. China have not the private expenditure for education for that reason the whole day school, but have limit for personal special ability education.
