The purpose of this study was to derive devices to forrn effective relationships between teachers. The research questions for these are as follows. First. What is the present condition and characteristics of relations between teachers working together in an public kindergarten according to organizationa1 structure? Second. What are devices to build an effective relationship between kindergarten teachers in the workplace? The data of this study were collected from two in - depth interviews with the seventeen research participants. The results of this study were as follows. First, It is necessary to make an effort to forrn a free discussion phenomenon among teachers in kindergartens. Second, Teachers need to realize the importance of teachers' meeting time. Having a regular teachers' meeting only with teachers has a great influence on their relationship. Third, Mentoring system is needed to be revita1ized and settled down to improve leadership. Forth, we need more teacher training programs about human relations and the ways to Improve It.
