The reason why sharing education is necessary is because it forms the value of coexistence that can live together. Sharing education program based on reciprocal interactions enables prosocial behavior, a core competence of the community. The study purpose is to examine to effect sharing education program and to investigate the effect of sharing education program on university satisfaction. This research used a quasi-experimental design pre and post single group and compared the knowledge, attitude, practice and satisfaction with pre and post after sharing education program. The statistical method such as descriptive statistics, paired and unpaired T-test, analysis of variance were used for the statistical analysis for the survey. We conducted a regression analysis to investigate the relation between satisfaction for the university and the effect of sharing education program. The result indicates that knowledge, attitude practice and satisfaction in the personal division and collectivistic division are improved and that the satisfaction of the university increased, and the sharing education program improved the satisfaction of the community. It can be regarded as giving a positive thought to the group to which the sharing education program is belonged. The results imply that sharing education programs can be beneficial to universities and students in contributing to the formation of a regular curriculum or a special curriculum or activity and a society with community competence. In order for the sharing education to be effective, various sharing education programs are required and a field where they can practice what they have learned is required.
