본 연구의 목적은 개별적인 케어 교육프로그램이 뇌졸중 입원환자를 돌보는 돌봄 제공자의 대처능 력, 돌봄행위 수행능력, 부담감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 뇌졸중 환자는 대부분 독립적인 자가간호 수행시 어려워 일상생활 대부분에 걸처 타인에 의한 돌봄이 필요하다. 이런 과정에서 돌봄 제공자는 돌봄 과정에서 발생하는 문제에 대한 대처능력의 감소, 돌봄 과정에서 적절한 돌봄행위가 이루어지지 못하고 있으며, 장기간 부양하면서 부양과 관련된 부담감이 증가하게 된다. 이러한 문제 를 해결하기 위하여 입원한 뇌졸중 환자를 돌보는 돌봄 제공자들에게 케어 교육프로그램을 제공하였 다. 케어 교육프로그램은 4가지 영역으로, 각 영역별로 교육 계획안과 교육 자료, 평가 체크리스트를 만들고 하루에 1시간 일대일로 개별 교육의 방법으로 실시하였다. 케어 교육프로그램은 돌봄 제공자 들이 환자를 돌보면서 재활에 필요한 간호를 제공하기 위한 지식과 기술에 관한 정보를 습득을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 연구결과 케어 교육프로그램은 돌봄 제공자의 대처능력, 돌봄행위 수행능력을 향 상시켰으며 부담감을 감소시켰다.
The purpose of the study is to identify the effects of individual care education program for caregiver of stroke inpatients. Stroke is an independent self-care difficult to perform due to hemiplegia need care by another person to carry out daily activities. Caregivers reduces the ability to respond to the problems in the care process, and not an appropriate care practices be made in care processes, thereby increasing the burden associated with the stimulus and long-term support. The stroke patients hospitalized in order to solve these problems to take care of caregivers were providing care education programs. Care education program was carried out in four area, each area to create a training plan and training materials, assessment checklist methods of individual training one day to one hour a day. This study tested individual care education program as a way to help caregivers of stroke inpatient obtain necessary information and skill related to caregiving. The findings indicate that the social support program was an effective intervention in improving coping ability, caring behaviors and reducing caregiver burden.
