지금까지 교육부는 7차에 걸쳐 교육과정 개정을 이루어 왔고, 1997년 공포된 제7차 교육과정은 2009년의 가장 큰 수준의 개정을 포함하여 16회의 부분 개정을 거쳐 왔다. 최근 교육부는 2015년 9월 창의융합형 인재 양성을 목표로 하는「2015 개정 교육과정」을 확정·발표하였다. 교육부 보도 자료에 의하면, 학교교육 전 과정에서 학생들이 핵심역량을 스스로 설정하도록 교육과정을 운영하는 것을 주 요 내용으로 하고 있다. 건축적으로는 교육과정 및 학교 현장의 다양한 교수학습방법 및 활동 등을 충분히 이해했을 때, 그에 대응한 또는 새로운 교육과정 변화에 대비할 수 있는 학교건축의 계획안을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 배경 하에, 본 연구는 최근 발표되어 일선 학교 현장에 적용되 고 있는 2015 개정교육과정에 대해 검토하여 학교 건축 공간구성에서 공통 및 선택 교육과정, 창의적 체험활동 등 변화한 교육정책 및 교육과정과의 상관성을 살펴보고, 초등학교 교육과정에서 가장 주요 한 변화 중에 하나인 돌봄교실 사례에 대해 우리와 일본의 사례를 고찰하여, 향후 초등학교 건축 기 본계획시의 공간구성 및 층별 조닝 방식 등의 적용가능성을 찾아 보고자 한다.
Until now, the Education Ministry has been revised to the educational curriculum for seven times. The seventh educational curriculum was announced in 1997. And it has been revised through a revision of the 16th times, including the largest revision of the year 2009. The Ministry of Education recently announced the "2015 Revised Educational Curriculum" aimed at training human resources with creative and conversion type in September 2015. According to the Ministry of Education, it is essential for students to run their own courses in order to set up their core competencies in the entire school curriculum. Constructively it is important to understand the curriculum and the various teaching methods and activities of in school and then it is possible to offer a space layout of school architecture that can cope with it. With this background, I reviewed the 2015 revision curriculum that is currently applied to the school field and checked correlation between changed educational policies and education courses such as common and optional curriculum and creative experience activities with in composition of school space. And I surveyed korean and Japanese cases about care classroom which is one of the most important changes in elementary school curriculum. Also I want to find the possibility of applying the basic plan and method of space layout and zoning for elementary school building in the future.
