이 연구의 목적은 청년고용정책 모니터링 결과를 통해 정책적 대안을 개발하고 청년고용정책의 효 과성을 체계적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 주요 내용은 첫째, 청년고용정책 모니터링 지표를 활용 하여 정책별 적합성을 분석하고, 둘째, 개별 정책에 대한 모니터링 리포트를 작성 및 분석하며, 셋째, 개별 정책 모니터링 결과 분석을 통한 청년고용정책 발전 방안을 개발하는 데 있다. 모니터링 지표별 로 적합 정도 응답이 대부분이었으나, 모바일 및 오프라인 접근성, 정책 홍보 등은 보통 미만이었으 며, 세부 결과는 정책 분야에 따라 상이하게 나타났다. 모니터링 리포트를 종합하여, 홍보 및 안내, 전달체계, 지원기관 역량, 지원내용 현실성, 정책운영 책임 등 5개 영역에 대한 모니터링 결과를 도출 하였다. 정책 제언으로, 청년고용정책에 대한 홍보 및 안내강화, 지원내용 내실화 및 지원기관 역량강 화, 청년의 삶의 질 향상과 연계될 수 있도록 정책운영의 책임강화 등을 제시하였다. 또한 지속적인 모니터링 운영의 필요성과 정부 차원의 관심을 제언하였다.
The purpose of the study was to examine the youth employment policy and to develop new direction and policies for youth employment. Frist, we analyzed the appropriateness of youth employment policy, using monitoring indicators. Second, we analyzed the monitoring reports for each policy. Third, we developed new implications and policy for youth employment policy, using the results of reports. The responses for monitoring is working well, but the mobile service is not working well and the policy advertisement is needed to be improved. However, the results are varied depending on the poicy areas. Based on the report regarding monitoring reports, we have drawn the monitoring results in terms of advertisement, delivery system, competency of supporting institutes, the reality of supporting system, and the responsibility of policy operation. Finally, we finally suggested the empowerment of advertisement system, the enhancement of supporting institutes, empowerment of delivery system of youth, and the strengthen of youth life and the quality of life.
