The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning and effects of the project on priority support of education welfare. The results are as follows: firstly, the project gives children a hand like healthy growth because of comprehensive support - space support, moral support and material support. In addition, the project on priority support of education welfare had effects on psychological change, social relation, the improvement of academic ability, changes in family relationships, school change, community change. Judging by the results, the project on priority support of education welfare has had major positive effects on not only supporting welfare but also change relations. It has served as an opportunity for creating community and cultivating healthy future citizens This study has put forward a development plans based on this research.
