The most interest for most people are on sex and it takes a large part on improving the quality of our lives. Therefore we cannot promote the quality of lives of the elderlies without considering the area of sex in old age. For elderlies with age their body and heart gradually declines. The improvement of the health and medical treatment system and development of high tech medical technology together with the transformation of the society has extended the lives of human. On top of old age, the personality, ability and desires of the elderlies although differ slightly between individuals have been presented in this research to have maintained unchanged throughout their lives. We have used a structural measuring tool through the Survey Research method to undergo the research. The subject of this research was 300 male elderlies who are over the age of 65 for 15 days from 30 September 2016 to 15 October 2016. The information gathered have been calculated in frequency, percentage and went through a chi-squared test through the use of a statistical program called SPSS WIN 20.0 and the results are as follows. To summarise the sex lives and the reality of sex transmitted diseases of elderlies in the city are as follows. Firstly, the sex lives of the elderlies in the city are dependent on whether they have a partner or not. Secondly, the age, state of health, financial status of the elderlies in the city affect the level of satisfaction of their sex lives. Based upon the above analysis, our political recommendation in relation to the sex lives and the reality of sex transmitted diseases of elderlies in the city are as follows.
