This paper was studied on policy direction of aged welfare for aged society. An element of social changes is as follow: economic problem, medical problem, leisure problem, and alienation problem. Solution of this Problems needs policy direction of aged welfare. The results of this study is as follow: Social infra for aged society must be constructed. Policy direction for social infra must be as follow: First, the subject of aged welfare and business contents must be extend Second, between government and private must be assign a part and a conciliatory attitude Third, between health, medical treatment and welfare service must be combine approach Fourth, before a thing takes place take precautionary measure and post management system must be constructed in combination Fifth, the enhancement of national sentiment in honor of the aged. Policy direction of aged welfare for aged society is as follow: First, administration for aged welfare must be found a new Aged Welfare Office Second, for aged welfare must be look for a source of revenue Third, subordinate sectional committee in as president shell consist of countermeasure Committee of Aged Welfare Fourth, float a new research institution make a special study of aged welfare Fifth, industry of aged welfare must be raised Sixth, information system of aged welfare must be developed.
