The recent juvenile crime is not a mere problem on the individual level but a social problem due to social change. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the prevention of juvenile crime and the preparation of countermeasures by examining actual situation and trend of juvenile crime and major social problems affecting juvenile delinquency. Therefore, this study examines the relationship between home, school, and economic indicators of juvenile crime. The results of the study are as follows. First, juvenile crime has been steadily decreasing since 2012. But The rato of the brutal crimes is increasing, while the rato of the violent crimes is decreasing. It is a social problem that the total crime rate and juvenile crime rate were similar rate, over the past 10 years, Second, the social factors influencing juvenile delinquency were the dropout rate. In this study, the factors influencing juvenile crime were set as dropout rate, relative poverty rate, unemployment rate and divorce rate. Based on the above results, suggestions for prevention of juvenile delinquency can be as follows. First, it is necessary to establish a prevention policy and countermeasure against Juveniles Crime centered on schools. Second, it is the necessity of social alarm system for maladjusted students. In order to minimize the incidence of maladaptation problems, it is necessary to have a crisis alert system that is linked to schools, the school board, community organizations, youth professional organizations and homes.
