The aim of the study is to search the experience a hindrance and the study has a meaning in looking around how the experience of a hindrance that the blind perceive and the crisis of life caused by a hindrance are. To make its point, the study attempted the analysis of life history by conducting a depth interview with one blind on using F. Schütze's narrative interview method. According to the results of reinterpretation, on the ground of the viewpoint of a researcher, to the experience of the blind who participated in an inquiry' the study found the main idea that ' I even did not know that the thing I can not see is a hindrance' and the meaning of experience of 'the youth who is a criminal and poor' and 'the repetition of frustration and bringing himself home' 'a hindrance is my companion'. The author suggested the construction of preventive systems and the enforcement of positive service delivery systems etc. on the ground of analysis of the results.
