The purpose of this study is to develop the children 's educational theater program, which is composed
of theater-related professors and lecturers, elementary teachers who are in elementary schools, cultural arts
history, and professional theater. The Delphi survey conducted an open - ended question in the first step,
and based on the survey results, the variation coefficient was calculated and analyzed for the necessity of
additional questionnaire. Based on the results of the Delphi survey, the convergence, consensus, and content validity of the second and third panels were obtained. A total of 31 items were selected from the Delphi
survey of the Children's Educational Theater Program with 8 items of educational goals, 12 items of
education contents, 5 items of teaching-learning method, and 6 items of evaluation. The purpose of the
program is to express self-confidence and to communicate with other people freely and to express their
feelings, to develop peer interaction and cooperation and self-esteem, to develop physical and mental skills
through social and expressive improvement process through learner- , Emotional, and cognitive abilities. The
content of education was relationship self - esteem and cooperation of peer, and teaching - learning method
was play play, role play, situation drama. The contents of the evaluation were self-evaluation and testimony
presentation.
The Delphi survey of this study was aimed at experts in the field of children's education. As a result,
the results of the final study on the purpose, contents, teaching and learning methods and evaluation of the
program have educational implications for the application of the program It is believed that there is
educational value as a basic data for program development.
