The purpose of this study is to investigate the school life satisfaction, career maturity level and career
decision level of the students in Meister High Schools and to verify each item of the questionnaire
throughout the educational experts. First, content validity ratio(CVR) of school life satisfaction, career
maturity, and career decision level are all 0.49 or higher. Second, the Cronbach's alpha of the subscales of
peer relationships, teacher relations, school learning, and school environment are 0.77, so that each
sub-factor can be considered reliable. Third, the mean Cronbach's alpha of the subscales of career maturity
is 0.89, which means that Cronbach's alpha is much higher than 0.7, and each sub-factor is reliable.
Fourth, Cronbach's α of the career decision level is 0.94, which means that Cronbach's α is much higher
than 0.7, which is credible. This study verified the validity and reliability of questionnaire items to
investigate the school life satisfaction, career maturity and career decision level of Meister high schools’
students. In the future, we will investigate and analyze the correlation among the three variables through
questionnaires and use it as basic data for school management and management in Meister High School.
