In this paper, the effect and role of the shelter for immigrated females on the independent lives of
foreign married immigrated females who have experienced difficulties on their marriage in this society was
studied. Most of foreign married immigrated females experience isolation from their families and the
society, and feel defensive and depressed due to communication with different language. Therefore, they
feel stressed extremely followed by the problems of mental health. To recover their self-esteem and
post-traumatic stress disorder, the inner healing has been tried through the Ayurveda program including
body training, breath for each individual, Mantra, and meditation and relaxation. With a corresponding
