한⋅중⋅일 요양산업의 비교 및 시사점

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 한⋅중⋅일의 요양산업 및 서비스를 비교분석하고 요양산업의 실태 및 현황에 대해 파악하여 한국의 요양산업 발전방안에 대해 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법 기존 문헌에서 한⋅중⋅일의 고령친화산업을 비교분석하고, 요양산업의 실태와 현황 파악을 바탕 으로 한⋅중⋅일의 요양산업을 비교분석하였다. 결론 및 제언 한⋅중⋅일은 경제발전 단계가 상이하기 때문에 요양산업의 발전을 위해서는 각국의 65세 이상의 고소득 고령자에 주목할 필요가 있다. 한국의 요양산업은 노인장기요양보험제도를 통하여 변화하 고 발전되고 있지만, 앞으로 방문재활 등 제도 확립으로 요양산업의 발전 계기를 마련해야 한다. 중국은 아직 장기요양보험제도가 구축되지 않았지만 중국 고령산업 가운데 양로서비스, 고령자 교 육 및 주택 등이 빠르게 발전하고 있는 추세이지만 보완할 부분이 많다. 일본의 요양산업은 지역 포괄케어시스템의 구축과 요양로봇 등 선진 기술의 활용을 촉진하고 있다. 이런 고령화에 따른 한⋅중⋅일 변화를 살펴봄으로써 요양산업의 발전적 방향을 모색하고 지속적 변화를 추구하는 방 법이 필요하다.

영문초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to provide a comparative analysis of care industry and services in Korea, China, and Japan, and to grasp the care industry and reality and to develop a care industry in Korea. Method : Comparative analysis of industries for care industry between Korea, China, and Japan by existing literature, based on grasp of actual condition and current situation of care industry Comparative analysis of day aging industry. Conclusion : As Korea, China, and Japan have different economic development stages, it is necessary to pay attention to high-income elderly people over 65 years of age in order to develop medical industry. South Korea’s medical treatment industry is developing through long-term medical care insurance system for the elderly, and development opportunities for the medical treatment industry must be prepared to establish a visiting rehabilitation system in the future. China has not yet built a long-term care insurance system, but young Chinese elderly industry, older people’s education and housing etc. tend to develop rapidly. The Japanese recuperative industry promotes the utilization of advanced technologies such as construction of regional comprehensive care systems and medical care robots.
