연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 관절염 수술유무, 연령, 지역에 따른 균형 및 보행 차이를 알아 보고자 한다. 연구방법 노인의 관절염 수술유무, 연령, 지역에 따른 균형 및 보행 차이를 조사하였으며, 그 결과를 빈도 및 백분율과 다변량 분석을 통해 나타내었다. 연구결과 1. 수술유무, 연령, 지역에 따른 균형 차이는 연령(p<.01)과 수술유무*연령*지역간(p<.05)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2. 수술상태, 연령, 지역에 따른 보행 차이는 수술유무*연령*지역간(p<.05) 에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 노인의 관절염 수술유무, 연령, 지역에 따른 균형 차이는 연령 (p<.01)과 수술유무*연령*지역간(p<.05)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고, 보행 차이는 수술유무*연 령*지역간(p<.05)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인의 관절염 관리를 위 해 수술유무, 연령, 지역을 고려해 관리 프로그램을 제공할 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.
Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate on the Difference of Balance and Gait of Elderly according to Arthritis Surgical Presence or Absence, Age, Area. Methods : The was investigated on the Difference of Balance and Gait of Elderly according to Arthritis Surgical Presence or Absence, Age, Area, and the results were analyzed by represented by frequency and percentage and Multivariate analysis. Results : 1. There was a statistically significant difference in Balance Difference according to the Surgical Presence or Absence, Age, and Area according to Age (p <.01) and the between Surgical Presence or Absence * Age * area (p <.05). 2. There was a significant difference in Gait Difference according to Surgical Presence or Absence, Age, and Area according to the between Surgical Presence or Absence * Age * Area (p <.05). Conclusion : According to the results of this study, the difference of Balance according to the Arthritis Surgery Presence or Absence, Age and Area of elderly was significantly different according to Age (p <.01) and the between Surgical Presence or Absence * Age * Area (p <.05). And Gait difference was statistically significant according to the between Surgical Presence or Absence * Age * Area (p <.05). Therefore, it is necessary to provide a management program for the management of Arthritis in the elderly considering the Surgery Presence or Absence, Age, and Area.
