연구목적 본 연구는 노인재활요양병원에 근무하는 물리⋅작업치료사들의 노화불안과 노인에 대한 태도를 조사하여 향후 재활치료사들의 근무 환경과 성공적 노화연구의 기초자료로 활용되는 것에 목적을 둔다. 연구방법 2017년 1월 2일부터 약 5 주간 노인재활요양병원에 근무하는 물리⋅작업치료사 241명을 대상으 로 조사하였으며 SPSS 23.0 Version을 사용하여 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과 노인재활요양병원에 근무하는 물리⋅작업치료사들의 노화불안은 비교적 높은 편이며, 노인에 대한 태도는 중립의 수준에서 긍정에 더 가까운 것으로 조사되었다. 결론 후자 그룹에서 노화불안 수준이 더 높게 나타났다. 1. 여성치료사 < 남성치료사 2. 작업치료사 < 물리치료사 3. 전문대 졸업 치료사 < 대학원 이상의 교육수준을 가진 치료사 4. 건강한 치료사 < 건강하지 못한 치료사 5. 근무환경에 만족하는 치료사 < 근무환경에 불만족하는 치료사 또한 노인에 대한 태도는 치료사가 자신이 건강하다고 느끼며, 근무환경에 만족할수록 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.
Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the aging anxiety and attitude toward the elderly of physical and occupational therapists working at geriatric rehabilitation hospitals and to utilize it as the basic data of the working environment and successful aging research of the rehabilitation therapist in the future. Method : From January 2, 2017, 241 physical and occupational therapists working in geriatric rehabilitation hospitals for about 5 weeks were surveyed and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 version. Results : The aging anxiety of physical and occupational therapist working at the geriatric rehabilitation hospital was relatively high and the attitude toward the elderly was more positive than the neutral. Conclusion : The latter group had higher levels of aging anxiety. 1.Female therapist < Male therapist, 2. Occupational therapist < Physical therapist, 3. Vocational College Graduate Therapist < Graduate of higher education level, 4. Healthy therapist < Unhealthy therapist, 5. Therapist who is satisfied with work environment < Therapist who is not satisfied with working environment. Also, Attitude toward the elderly was more positive in therapists who are healthy and satisfied with their work.
