이 연구는 초등학교 스포츠강사의 직무착근과 직무만족의 관계를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 진행되 었다. 자료수집은 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 대전, 충남, 세종의 스포츠강사를 대상으로 수집하였 으며, 총 253부의 자료가 연구에 활용되었다. 수집된 자료는 조사대상자의 개인적 특성을 알아보 기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 탐색적요인분석 및 신뢰도분 석을 하였으며, 직무착근과 직무만족의 변인 간 인과관계를 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 초등학교 스포츠강사의 직무착근의 하위요인인 적합수준은 직무만족에 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학교 스포츠강사의 직무착근의 하위요인인 연계수준은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the job embeddedness and the job satisfaction of sport instructors in elementary education system. The data were collected among elementary sport instructors by convenience sampling method and a total of 253 copies of data were used in this study. The collected data were verified by using frequency analysis for individual personality of elementary sport instructors, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis for the validity verification, multiple regression analysis for the causal relationship between the job embeddedness and the job satisfaction. The results were as follows. First, the fit level, which is the sub factor of the job embeddedness of elementary sport instructors has proved to be affecting the job satisfaction. Second, the links level, which is the sub factor of the job embeddedness of elementary sports instructors has not affected the job satisfaction.
